He didn't address some of the questions I had seemingly because he felt that they were I'm important. Once I indicated that it was usually a farmer's job to address my issues, he asked me if I would rather have Farmers or the other insurance pay for the services. I told him Farmers because usually the other inches tend to pay you with a check before the services then the amount that they think it is worth and will cost. I didn't want to go through problems with the other insurance over that. I know farmers is much better in that respect. I told him that. He should have told me that. Other than that, Farmers has always been very good at addressing my concerns, including the Representatives that handle claims."
